Apple Cinnamon Fertility Bites
Gluten Free
Serving: Approximately 12
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 ¼ cup of gluten-free oats

1 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup peanut butter (opt for seed butters as a nut-free alternative)

1/4 cup honey
-
3/4 cup organic dried apples, chopped

2 packets of Fertility For Her Drink Mix
Instructions:

Begin by chopping the dried apples into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, salt, peanut butter, honey, two packets of Fertility Support For Her Drink Mix, and chopped dried apples.

Using a spoon or spatula, mix all of the ingredients until fully combined.

Now, it’s time to get your hands dirty, mama! Form the batter into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
