These apple cinnamon bites for fertility are a wholesome snack perfect for those busy days where you need something quick, delicious, and satisfying.

Apple Cinnamon Fertility Bites


Gluten Free


Serving: Approximately 12

Prep Time: 20 minutes 


Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 1 ¼ cup of gluten-free oats 

  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (opt for seed butters as a nut-free alternative)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup organic dried apples, chopped

  • 2 packets of Fertility For Her Drink Mix


Instructions: 

  1. Begin by chopping the dried apples into small pieces. 

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, salt, peanut butter, honey, two packets of Fertility Support For Her Drink Mix, and chopped dried apples.

  3. Using a spoon or spatula, mix all of the ingredients until fully combined. 

  4. Now, it’s time to get your hands dirty, mama! Form the batter into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
