Apple Cinnamon Fertility Bites

Gluten Free

Serving: Approximately 12

Prep Time: 20 minutes 


  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 1 ¼ cup of gluten-free oats 

  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (opt for seed butters as a nut-free alternative)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup organic dried apples, chopped

  • 2 packets of Fertility For Her Drink Mix


  1. Begin by chopping the dried apples into small pieces. 

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, salt, peanut butter, honey, two packets of Fertility Support For Her Drink Mix, and chopped dried apples.

  3. Using a spoon or spatula, mix all of the ingredients until fully combined. 

  4. Now, it’s time to get your hands dirty, mama! Form the batter into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.

If the rest of the family starts to get a little jealous of your new favorite snack, you can definitely recreate this recipe for everyone to enjoy. All you have to do is eliminate the Fertility Support For Her Drink Mix and voila!
