  • What are the shipping costs?
    • Premama® Wellness offers FREE shipping on Subscriptions and orders $50+. Standard order shipping costs vary, starting at $5.95.
  • Where does Premama® Wellness ship to?
    • Premama® Wellness ships within the United States ONLY
  • How do I know that my order shipped?
    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    • Orders that are eligible for FREE shipping will arrive within 3-8 days depending on location. Orders shipped via Economy will arrive within 3-8 days depending on location.
  • Do you ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays?
    • Premama® Wellness only ships orders on standard business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following week.
  • What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?
    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at help@premamawellness.com to request a replacement or refund. To best assist, we require pictures of both the damaged product and shipping parcel. Please report any damages or missing items within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for assistance.
  • What do I do if something is missing from my order?
    • If your order arrives with an item missing, please contact our Customer Service team at help@premamawellness.com to request a replacement or a refund. To best assist, please report any missing items within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

  • How do I return my order? Green Return vs Refund.
    • At Premama® Wellness, we know our product works differently and results can vary. There are no established timelines or guarantee of success when using our products. A Green Return is an alternative to a refund and reduces shipping and processing waste. With Green Returns, we’ll give you store credit for any purchase within 30 days of delivery. You’ll get to keep the product or pass it on to someone else. Please contact Customer Service at help@premamawellness.com to get your Green Return started.
  • Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. To      receive a refund for your order, you must have received your order          within 30 days and must submit photographic/video evidence of              destroying your product. Please contact Customer Service at help@premamawellness.com for next steps.
  • Refunds and Green Returns are limited to one per household per lifetime and are limited to 30 days of receipt of your order. Refunds are not applicable to store credit purchases.
  • How do I exchange a product?

Subscription Policy

  • Subscription orders are processed every 21 days. You will be notified 3 days prior to your order processing allowing you to revise, skip, or cancel your subscription. Once a subscription order is processed it cannot be canceled.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • Subscription orders ship free.
