Where does Premama ship?
Premama currently ships to the 50 states and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and remote areas in Canada.

Tell me about shipping within the U.S.
We ship USPS and offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location to our warehouse and the speed of deliver you select.

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more using code SHIP50 at checkout. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
What about International Orders?
We have options for USPS or UPS, depending on your needs. Orders are subject to local tax and duty upon arrival.

How can I cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within an hour of placing your order to cancel. If it outside the hour time frame, we can longer cancel your order.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then USPS takes it from there. Please note, packages are not shipped Saturday or Sunday. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is out the door, letting you know it’s on the way and another email to confirm delivery.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We’ll help get you the inside scoop.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll provide next steps. Return labels are not provided and the return shipping is subject to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and be in new and unused condition. Order numbers must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
