Where does Premama ship?

Premama currently ships to the 50 states, Canada, and Australia.You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, remote areas up north in Canada, and Australia.

Tell me about shipping within the U.S.

We ship USPS and offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location to our warehouse and the speed of deliver you select.
    1.    Standard (5-7 business days)
    2.    Priority (2-4 business days)

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more using code SHIP50 at checkout. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then USPS takes it from there. Please note, packages are not shipped Saturday or Sunday. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is out the door, letting you know it’s on the way and another email to confirm delivery.


I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via Hello@PremamaWellness.com. We’ll help get you the inside scoop.

Returns & Exchanges


How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Premama product. Please reach out to us directly at Hello@PremamaWellness.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and be in new and unused condition. Order #’s must be provided to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
